What wheel specs would bring the wheel/tire flush with the fender line?

I want to get 18” x 8.5 or 9 wheels probably konig or enkei I just don’t know the offset and other specifications to make it flush.

The variables include the height and width of the tires. How much the car will be lowered changing the struts/shocks/springs etc. (if you do)

Bringing the tires flush may require rolling the fenders.

You really need to decide now if you ever plan on lowering the car. Then what size tire you want to run. That will make it much easier to select the proper offset of the rims.

I do want to lower the car probably 1.5” max.

Hey guys I have seen some nice staggered wheels on eBay sad part I donít have the mula $$$$ but I do remember many years ago when I bought a brand new 1991 626 I had the wheels changed out at Discount Tire and the car would vibrate we tried ring that goes on the hub even other wheels and and tires and it never stayed right I was so upset I just lived with it.
