First time buying wheels-need help

I am looking into buying 17x7.5 Drag DR-34 wheels. They have bolt pattern 5x100/5x114.3, the offset is +45 and the rim hubbore is 73.1. I am looking to just buy the rims without tires because the dealership put on new tires right before I bought the car. The tires are 215/50/R17. Will these rims fit? I know the width is .5" larger but I don't think that will be a problem. I really am just a first time buyer and don't want to screw up. I found hubcentric caps to convert the rim hubbore from 73.1 to 67.1 which is the stock hubbore. The offset is +45 and I believe the stock offset is +55 so thats the only measurement I am not sure will fit the car. Thanks in advance

They should fit no problem. Might need a slight roll of the rear fenders.

I have to buy lug nuts because the wheel spots are really small so do you think I should get red or black lug nuts? I have a black car and the rims will be grey/gunmetal. I was leaning towards red because I have a red/black theme going on in the inside and engine bay of my car.

I'd say go with matching for a clean look . And the rims will fit no problem...
