Just wanted to update that it turns out the wheels I was sold were in fact +35 offset and not +48 as the seller stated. No wonder I've been having a hell of a time eliminating tire rub and having to run 2 degrees of camber in order to fit the damn things.

So for any future users seeing this thread, if you go with a 9" wheel, get at least a +40 offset if you don't want to spend too much time fixing clearance issues. However, 18X9 +35 with 245/40 tires WILL FIT! You just gotta make sure you roll ALL fenders COMPLETELY flat and pull them somewhat. Running close to two degrees of camber might be necessary depending on the tires.

I do like the extra lip and deep look the +35 offset gives the wheels though. So overall I'm happy. Just wan't expecting so many issues obviously, given that I thought they were inf act +48 offset.

I have Eibachs and am planning on 245/45/18. The wheels have a +46 offset

^Make sure to roll your fenders first. Unless you want your fender to eat your tire for breakfast.

Really? If stock on the 6S is 235/45/18 why would 245 cause such a difference. Its less than half and inch wider than 235 and 8th of an inch taller than my 215/55/17's on my 6i.

I thought you had a first gen. My bad. Not familiar with your fender clearances.

Ahh, that explains it. When I saw your pics, I thought: "No way those are +48, they stick out too far."

I'm running 275s on 18x10s, +40 and they stick out about the same. I'm running -2.5deg and rolled fenders on Eibach Pros.

They do look sweet on your ride.
