MB Battles 17x9 fitment?

Just wondering what kind of fender work I should be thinking about if I get the 17x9 Battles. I'm pretty sure I'll have to roll em. But i have a spot of rust on one side, so would grinding them be an option?

Depends on offset. I run 17x9 with a 245/45 tire without rubbing or negative camber.

tapatalking.. err wait.

IIRC the battles are a +35 offset, so you'll need to run a 225 series tire, roll the fenders and dial in your camber. Can probably get away with -1 deg camber (which is less than stock at -1.2 deg). I would recommend getting them in a 18x9 though as it will look much better than a 17x9 for stretched fitment. Offset is the key though, without knowing the exact offset on those wheels, any fitment questions are pointless.

That being said, I'm running the same wheels as xkreedx with 255/40's and hecka rolled/slightly pulled fenders, -1.4 deg camber front and -1.0 deg rear with 0.1 toe all around. Awesome, awesome wheel/tire combo/fitment and no rubbing.
