HELP!!!!

Okay so i just found these rims on craigslist that I'm in love with. The bolt patterns are the same as my 6 (5x114.3) but I just don't know if they will fit or not. SO check this link out and read the specs and please let me know if they will fit or not. P.S. I've called this guy and hes willing to hold the rims as longs as Im a definite buyer. He said the offset of these rims are +35. Please help!!!

Unless you're driving a Speed6, the stock wheel (and thus tire) size is 17". You'll need to get new tires to accommodate those wheels, and also need to note that the rears are 9.5" and the fronts are 8.5". As far as this factor being a determinate in whether or not they'll fit on your 6, I don't know enough on the subject.

That +35 is gonna be extremely wide... our cars need to run at most about a +45 without rolling on a 225/40/18 tire, you would most likely run into issues, i put a +45 offset 17" rim with a 225/40 17 and had isssues with rubbing in the rear a +35 probably wont fit without a widebody or some serious fender work... (i hate to be a buzz kill cause those are GORGEOUS!!!)

Fronts are 18x8.5, rears are 18x9.5, with +35 offset. Will those sized rims fit on an all stock 2004 mazda 6? Its not lowered or anything. All stock.
