and that is that wheel extension bad? I guess I will go for something with a more standard offset. It is hard to find some Widened steelies in 17 inch though. I was going for the look like in this post below...



I have the 16" steelies in good condition but they are so narrow... like 6.5". I could just paint them up real nice? and what color? maybe white or red?Flipper's car has a width of 8.5"... is that an advantage over the 6.5" at all?

wider wheels allow for wider tires. wider stance increases handling as well.

If memory serves Preludes come with a 16x8 steel wheel with a +35 and 5x114.3 that would fit well and be that style. Regardless it won't be nearly that concave.

Best bet would be to shop around for something with hub caps in a 17". Nissan's and Infiniti's would be where I would start.

yes that wheel is totally fat... but I want it more for looks that performance. I mean... a 4 cyclinder doesnt exactly scream fast.
