they baggin that thing while it's in there? along with flaring all the sheetmetal? from what i've been told, seen, and working for a mazda dealer those wheels on a dropped 6 along with passing the fenders will also beat the inner structure to death. i dont even see it clearing the strut. please post pics and prove us wrong

Or you could save about 4,000 USD and just buy ginormous hub caps!

And a fake intercooler to boot!

its pretty comical. I'm from Houston so this sort of sighting is an everyday thing. I've seen any and every car you could imagine on 20's.

can 20's fit on the 6 without any modifications? if yes what would the rim and tire size be? i have 18's on there now with 215/40/18 tires and they rub around turns and bumps, mostly when people are in the back

Well, people have asked this before, so a search would be a good place to start. 20" rims on a 6 is really pushing the limits. Its hard to say yes or no to 20's outright, because it all depends on what tyres you put on the wheels too. They'd have to be such low profile, I dread to think the road noise!

Regardless of fit, your handling will go way down the tubes, braking will take longer and you run the risk of overhetaing the pads or racking the rotors due to increased stress. The car will accelerate much slower. Unless the car will be a trailer queen, do yourself a favour and stick to the 18's.
