If you're looking for a really good performing suspension kit that still provides a comfy ride over rough road surfaces, I would strongly recommend looking into Bilstein B8 struts with Tanabe springs. This is a popular suspension setup I've learned about over at the BMW forums and is some great performing, long lasting stuff. If you're looking for good handling, at $500 a piece you can't go wrong with Corksport Camber plates so you can dial in a more aggressive front negative camber for better handling/improved looks, and sway bars front/rear which will sharpen steering feel and reduce body roll without hurting ride quality.

You can lower your car on Tanabe springs for cheap. They are designed around the OEM damper rates.

Or some H&Rs.....just want to keep a lower my car without the obvious sag in the rear......looked at Bilstein as a shock option also....

Never been a fan of H&R. They are too stiff for track use. Tanabe offers the perfect drop IMO and isn’t too stiff which would work perfectly with Mazda’s chassis.

Biksteins are great stuff I would highly recommend.
