After doing a lot of research (because originally I was very naive on this subject) I have found that Armor All is actually a perfectly fine product to use. Albeit low-quality, but it won't do any damage to your stuff that a competitor wouldn't.

The Armor All negative publicity is from years of very good counter-marketing by their competitors, and the actual components of their products don't vary significantly.

Personally, Griot's Garage and Chemical Guys is where I go for everything.

Thanks for clearing that up for me! I will use what I have but perhaps keep my eye out for something higher quality in the future 😊

those are good, also AMMO NYC, Zaino, Aero Cosmetics are some more good ones.

If you care about your interior or would consider yourself even an amateur detailer, you don't use Armour-all. That stuff is trash.

I've been using Meguiar's Ultimate Interior. I'm not a fan of either an interior matte or super glossy finish so it's somewhere in between. Works for me!

I applied Armour All to an old Landcruiser and a Celica and after about 1 month I had a frosted haze around the outer edge of the glass I couldn't remove. Anecdotal perhaps. I have just stayed with warm water and a terry cloth.

Not anecdotal. Armor-All is shit.

This.

I've used Meguiar's products on every vehicle I've owned or cared for over the past 20+ years. Even the abuse it takes from construction sites on a weekly basis is no match for their interior products.

I've even been complimented by the dealer when I traded my '10 in, saying that the interior (especially the leather seats) looked brand-new, even 8 years and 110K+ miles later.

The nice thing about all Meguiar's stuff is that they have a wide selection so you can get whatever finish or result you want. I've found they're pretty easy to find (Walmart actually carries a lot of their stuff) and the price is reasonable.
