2018 Mazda 6 Touring, Deep Crystal Blue w/black interior. Paid $24,100 before incentives. $1500 cash allowance plus $750 loyalty bonus for trading my 2015 Mazda 6 Touring. $10,000 on trade.

There was enough upgraded on the 2018 to where I felt good with the purchase. I even got to swap the TSW rims and Michelin Sport Pilot A/S3+ tires so I don't have to endure the Falkens. Plus now I have a moonroof again! Once my bank account recovers in a couple of months from the down payment, I'll add tinted windows and put a JBL speaker package in.

Wanted a 2018 Sport 6MT.

Went through AAA Buying Program (co-branded w/TrueCar) - never would have done this in the past but saw someone do it on another forum successfully. Got offers back from two dealers, but only one of them made a good offer because that dealer had the car on the lot. The following were all they had, and also had to finance via Mazda or the $2000 incentives would come off (add $2,000 to the these quotes). Fine, so I put 30% down. My credit was pretty bad, which I knew.

Prices quoted:
$17,751 for Deep Crystal, or
$18,051 for Machine Gray

I chose the Machine Gray.
$0 dealer prep/admin/marketing fees, no extended warranty
$80 doc fee (CA law)
+TTL

Getting leather seats, tint, clear bra, speakers upgrade, chrome door sill plates, and footwell lighting, hopefully all that will be done by end of next week, then to sell my 2014 Foz XT, which has been flawless and awesome, but I just missed driving my Gen1 Mz3s stick. Can't wait to pay off a couple of high interest credit cards...

That seems like an incredible price. Much less than you can buy a 3 with 2.5. nice work!

Also went with true car and purchased a 2018 M6 Touring Snowflake White Pearl Mica , tint and something else but can’t remember. Had a 04 Pilot as trade in (1500.00 value) and got it for 23,500.00 out the door.

Sounds like around $4-4500 off MSRP before fees/TTL. Nice job! The 2018 6 is the first car I ever thought seriously of getting in white. Really looks good in that color. I heard somewhere from some technical expert that Mazda's snowflake white is the easiest color to keep up & correct and repair on a spot basis, compared to others.

Yeah, I was going for the silver\gray color until I saw the white with black interior. Here’s a couple of pictures.

Yeah very sharp sophisticated and sporty. I saw a YouTube of a dealer who took a white one and added every black accessory possible. It looked pretty awesome. Just tried to find it in my history but couldn't. I'll see if I can track it down sometime soon.

I bought a Soul Red 2018 M6 Reserve w/ Black Interior in Michigan the week of Thanksgiving and paid invoice - $750 loyalty - $500 Black Friday promotion
So $31,337 + $210 doc fee - $1250 = $30,297 + TTL
I also got 1.9% financing on it, rather than take an additional $500 credit that was available.
It seemed like a pretty good deal for my region (based on Truecar sales & Napa price history), and I wanted a very specific trim and color combination, which was not available anywhere in MI. The dealer had to trade for one in OH, which probably reduced my bargaining power a little bit.
I also bought OEM All Weather Mats for $97 shipped on Ebay. So no reason to pay more than that at your dealer.

One thing I learned is that the pricing is very region specific. Even if a dealer in OH was advertising the car for $29,500, they would not sell it to me for that price because the manufacturer rebates are based on where the car is registered. The rebates in MI are only $500, but they were $1500 in OH and $1000 in IL. Only time I've ever wished I lived in Ohio.
