Why does the Mazda hierarchy talk to us

about Torque and handling and then make this to race?
https://www.enginelabs.com/engine-te...totype-racers/
This thing has all the makings of a SuperCar.
Why can't we get a detuned version (give us half the HP) of this engine in everything Mazda makes?

Hi! It seems the article is from 2016. That being said, it mentions that engine delivers 500 HP and, well, the 2.5t in the '18 Mazda 6 delivers 252 HP. We actually did get something!

Cheers

I'm happy with my 2016 6 as it was a huge step up from my old car, but I am really jealous that the 18s had a turbo option. My old car was a V6 so it had a bit more kick to it than my 6 when it was younger.

Just caught that article lol. At least one of them was a gas leak I'm pretty sure. I only skimmed it.
