New to 06 Mazda6 and NEED ADVICE!!

Hello, I just purchased a used 06 Mazda6 Sport Hatchback three weeks ago and I have some questions for any who have previously owned or have a lot of knowledge on this car.

About week two of having the car, i started noticing the “check oil” light flickering when I would come to a stop. I checked my oil and everything looks good, clean oil and good amount. However, the light has not wanted to turn off and it only begins lighting up after Ive warmed up the engine.

So, I took the car to a mechanic and he stated the heads were rebuilt and not lubricated correctly so the engine can give out any time. However, ive been doing research and notice people have stated it could be an oil pressure issue or sensor issue. Has anyone had a similar experience? And if so, what did you have to do?

Another issue, the car some times doesnt want to start up right away, I turn the ignition and it clicks, it takes like 3 times to try before the car actually starts. I got the battery, alternator and starter tested at Autozone and they stated everything is good. Could this be a cause of the same oil light issue?

I really like this car and dont want to have to replace it for something else.
