Cooling fan

I have a 2010 Mazda 6, both cooling fans have stopped working. Fuse is good Is this a module, or does the whole unit need to be changed?

I would start with the fan controller. It appears the same unit applies for 03-10 model years (3.0l &3.7l). I usually hear about them keeping the fans on too long/fast after running but with the frequency they do that, I would not put completely malfunctioning, out of the realm of possibility. Anywhere between $20-$60 USD will get you a new one, and that is significantly cheaper than replacing the whole unit.

Where is the controller located on this vehicle. I have also heard that the module is built into the fan unit on 09-10 Mazda 6
