I’ve changed the air cabin filter and checked the fan under the cabin filter boths good. And suggestions as to what it may be?

How about the heating coil? In our CR-V 98, there is a hose connection that has been removed by the mechanic. I think that is connected to the return of jacket water. Since it was removed, it no longer have the capacity to heat up.

I hope someone can confirm this to your model if it works the same.
