I've heard of some factory issues (tsb's) referencing the transfer case seepage but not an outright leak for the MS6. I kinda don't mind the broken mounts as I was gonna replace them on any mazda even if they were still good (if they're OEM).

Mentioning TSB's, if you have the Vin, check to see if there are any open recalls for either the 6S or the Speed.

The airbag recall affected most of these vehicles, and most haven't been fixed because the company is going bankrupt, and people just didn't bring them in.

I called it! And not in a bad way either.

Was pretty much the same when I found mine. When I found it online, after talking with the owner, I had my mind set on it.

When I went to go look at it, I told myself and my wife "it's a good deal, but if there's anything wrong, I'll walk away."
I knew I was lying, so did she.

Rented a car dolly, drove an hour and a half with my 5 & 6 year old son's the truck, to literally the middle of nowhere to see this car.
Interior was a mess, brakes needed work, rust. But it drove great, shifted like a dream, and when I stood on it in 2nd gear and it just took off, I was hooked.
Trailered it up, hauled it home, and never looked back.

I hope your MS6 gets fixed and stays fixed! Post some pictures once you get it!
