Mazda 6 2006 2.3l i4 manual with 108000 KM's.
My engine is having a rough idle (the idle goes up and down from 800rpm to 700rpm constantly).
When i go on the road, the acceleration is bad, engine is bucking (like misfire or lack of fuel delivery intermittently) especially between 1500rpm and 3000rpm but goes well from 5500rpm to the red line.
I have NO Check Engine Light on.
With a mechanic we checked all these parts and they are OK:
--spark plugs and ignition coils
--MAF (Mass Air Flow)
--EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)
--TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)
--all the electrical connections and fuses for fuel and air
--Vacuum leaks
Plus we performed these things :
--Removed the Throttle Body to clean it correctly (removed carbon)
--Tried a brand new MAF sensor
--Plugged the computer on OBD2 port to verify all electronic sensors and perform engine test
--Cleaned the air intake
--Sprayed professionnal cleaner into intake to remove carbon on engine valves while engine is running
--Cleaned the injectors with professionnal tools and cleaner
Please help, my mechanic (who owns a garage) have no idea and did'nt find the problem.
