Car stalling when taken OUT of gear

Yesterday I got my 6s MTX back from the shop who swapped the engine. I’ve had about 4 hours driving since and about 5-6 times throughout driving the car when taken out of gear and just coasting in neutral it just dies, no CEL when this happens either. A bit concerning because I’ll go out of gear and just completely lose power steering. What could be causing this? Thanks in advance!

Step 1: Take video of what it's exactly doing on your phone
Step 2: Take the car back to the shop the performed the work
Step 3: Show the shop that video
Step 4: Make them fix the problem (No Charge)
