Replacing driver's seat adjustment panel

The panel which holds the driver's seat adjustments has cracked off almost all, but not all, its fasteners. 88-1h3 ?? How easy is that to replace? Do I need to take off the seat to get to remove the last fastener and fasten the new panel on? What other parts do I need? Thanks!

Here are the pages from my workshop manual concerning removal of the seat side panel. If you need the one for the manual-adjustments version, let me know. (Basically you remove the handles the same way this one shows how to remove the lumbar knob.)

Best of luck,
Mike

Thanks. So just pulling removes the clips. So, I'd think I should be able to pull the clips which remained when the panel snapped off, with a pair of pliers.
