No longer receive emails from subscribed threads

I double-checked my forum settings and my spam box, and it seems that I no longer receive daily email updates from threads I'm subscribed to.

Try adding [email protected] to your contacts. Often are our emails get flagged as spam and throttled by Email providers so the recipient does not receive the message. By adding this email to your contacts it makes us a safe sender and helps your email arrive in your inbox.

We are currently working on a way to improve our email notification system to prevent issues like this from happening in the future.

The messages do not appear in my spam mailbox, and I still receive email notification from that address when I receive Private Messages.

We'll look into the issue with Daily Digest Notifications. Seems like the daily digest are not getting through... See if you can switch those subscribed thread into instant notifications to see if you receive an email notice per update on the thread.

I will post an update once we have resolved the issue with Daily Digest Notifications.

So I switched off email notifications for a day then switched them back on, and I just got a whole bunch of emails all at 1:14pm, so I guess they're working now?

Yes. This Daily Digest script is working now. The script designed to send out daily emails was set to be sent out 11:02PM EDT, but for whatever reason, something was blocking it and causing an SQL error. A member from Tech adjusted the script and manually set it to run.

Please let us no if it continues to send out emails after today.
