I haven't had a garage therapy day in quite a while.
First up, I installed a set of smoked front marker lights. This is super easy to do, taking about five minutes a side.
The next step was quite a bit more involved: Getting rid of the roof rack. I was able to print off the original installation instructions, so it was just a matter of following the bouncing ball.
Remove all of the interior plastics.
The headliner drops down.
The rack is held on by five nuts on each side, so that was simple. From there, I covered the inside of the holes with waterproof tape, then filled the holes with epoxy. Clip the new moldings in, reassemble the interior and, 4 hours later, it was done!
While I was there, I ran the antenna wire for my SiriusXM antenna. I was really hoping to get that whole thing installed, but I got a late start. I'll try to tackle that and my front spoiler install next weekend.
