Do some research. Change every 60k Miles. Don’t forget the pan filter too. Use Redline ATF Fluid

The only approved fluid for those gearboxes is type "FZ".

I do not believe Redline makes one that is explicitly certified to meet that spec (they do for the common Dexron and similar fluids, etc) I like Redline in general (I use their MTL in the MTX in the "6" as they're one of the few that make a full-synthetic GL-4 that is of the proper weight -- it's a bit expensive but not crazily-so) but if it doesn't meet the specs then you're playing with fire as ATF is basically light machine oil with a LOT of additives and detergents in it; if the chemical packages between the fluids are incompatible very bad things happen.

You're absolutely on your own in terms of compatibility, especially considering that you can't get anywhere near all the fluid OUT of an ATX due to the torque converter trapping a lot of it, if you use something other than the OE's recommendation in these ATXs.

I'll take my chances with Redline when I get the time to change my trans fluid. It's top-notch stuff. will report if i blow my transmission or not.
