Great info 6Y!

I actually think that's what the alignment shop did on my 6 when i had it lowered on 20s...

Yeah i read that article before, and it tells you about the arm that controls the camber curve of the vehcile, but not adjust. The only adjustment is the Toe, thats it. I wish it did have a camber adjustment.lol. i went to Mazda and an aftermarket shop. And there is no camber adjustment, only toe adjustment. If they told you they cambered your car, they lied.lol.

Ask our Mazda tech. that is on here. and im sure hes gonna say 1st gens not 2nd gens.

And if im wrong, please tell me and " Show " me were it is.

it has adjustable camber but obviously not as drastic as you would be able to with camber arms, obviously. camber arms allow you to go up to -6 degrees or more. the factory is only up to like -3ish degrees. thats what i had on mine, and on my speed6. and they didnt lie...i have the alignment spec sheet that you get with alignments...

fwiw, this is also known as "natural camber"

idk exactly what they did, i just know that the before and after cambers on my alignment spec sheet were different. maybe it had to do with adjusting the toe brought in the camber or something. idk.

So what your telling me there is no "Manual Camber Adjustment"?? Natural camber is when the car lowers, the wheel will camber inward. If there is a Manual Camber Adjustment, please show a picture were that is done??????

Okay to clear things up, the gen2 6 does NOT have cams. It has a "pry" adjustment which is basically just prying the arm out and tightening down the bolt. Also known as a natural adjustment. Typical camber and caster is done by cams on the bolts and 2 notches in the arms that spin when you tighten or loosen the bolt to force the arm in or out. They do make adjustable camber arms for the gen 1 but not the gen 2. Those adjustable arms take place of the stock arms and have a turn in and out nut/bolt/nut style threaded arm much like a tie rod. They are not available for our model yet. I was talking to the mazda rep today and he said that he knows there is a demand for them and sees them being out in the near future as an accessory and having a tsb for uneven inner tire wear and/or cupping and offering them as a solution. I will keep you posted as I hear things... In the mean time, in a new reply I will be posting pictures of my newly painted window belt moldings

Painted flat black to match the pillars. I think it looks mean. The ass shot leaves a little to be desired because I still haven't done the smoked tails yet but that's coming this weekend pretty stoked about that too. It's coming together slowly but surely. Just going to need wheels, tires, and a drop soon!!

uhm wrong. theres no way to adjust the rear camber on a 2nd gen. the only thing you can adjust is the toe. thats it. when you tok your 6 to get alligned all they messed with was the toe adjustment. another 1st gen member was talking about how they cut into some arms and it allowed adjustment however that "arm" is not on my car.

hey fisher did you remove the moldings to paint them? or taped and painted? i dipped mine but ive been meaning to paint em.
