Try cutting dairy out of your diet for 2 weeks.
After that try wheat.
They are the two biggest allergens and both cause (dairy especially) increased sinus issues.

I have nasal polyps which were removed in 2010, only to return 2 years later

lol really sucks cause every time I get a cold, it always turns into sinusists because of these polyps blocking my sinus, thus, making me prone to sinusits, I have to take antibiotics every time I get these sinus infections, luckily i only get them like twice a year, maybe 3 times at the most.

I had these polyps removed, but they came back, but those 2 years I didn't have one sinus infection at all. There are some sprays that are supposed to shrink the polyps, I tried them one time and they made me super tired and weird feeling

2 Things, to both you and everyone else here:

1) I stand by my duty to only ban those who are breaking forum rules. If you're unhappy with the way we do things, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it.

2) I'm sad to hear you think that we've made the forum worse, but it's not my duty to remove posts YOU find offensive, or silly, or annoying. YOU (everyone here) has a personal choice to make: Do I read this post from a person who clearly annoys me with a subject line that bothers me, or do I be mature about it and view other posts? No one here is forcing anyone to read, notice, reply, or even acknowledge threads/posts put by any other member. It's incredibly easy to block other users and to completely ignore everything they say.

It is NOT our job as moderators to be on here 24/7 and make sure every single post anyone puts on here is kosher for every single member - that's a fool's errand. If a post bothers you; don't reply to it, report it. If enough people report it, we are obligated to remove it/the user. Instead of people getting angry at one another and starting an argument, just leave it be and it will go away. If no one replies to these types of threads, then the rest of us don't even know they existed.

In conclusion: Everyone: I've linked this thread a dozen times, and I'll link it a dozen more if I need to: https://forum.mazda6club.com/site-su...ease-read.html
