Everyone makes it a point to tell me that I bench crooked. My left arm goes up slightly faster than my right so the bar is always a little tilted. People freak out because they're afraid I'm hurting something.

I have to explain to them that I broke my collar bone while playing hockey (took a big check into the boards and lost). Now my left collar bone is super thick and strong (slightly limited flexibility), but it can handle a lot more pressure on it - It's funny because my dominant hand is my right but the left has a clear advantage haha.
I hate treadmill running I could probably do a 5 mile run outside, my tough mudder is 10.3 miles thats coming up soon so we will see how it goes!

And I have that same issue my left tends to give out so ive always been afraid to go really heavy cause I dont want my left arm to just stop -_-

Nice job on the deadlift pb. Feels good to lift heavy doesn't it ?

If you don't already use them, a powerlifting belt, chalk or straps will get you on your way to five plates.

@tank1707 I think the reason I am not loosing any weight during weightlifting is because I am not physically capable or allowed to do squats, deadlifts and lunges

Ya it does feel very accomplished!
I use chalk, had straps amd lost them but thats it belts and wraps tend to make you rely to heavily on their support.

And @Knupsel why not? Legs are pretty essential to weight lose movements.

My left leg's ligaments and bone structure is severely weakened due to an injury I got when I was a kid and then I re-injured it when I was 15, so it's quite weak
If I add any extra strain on the leg and shift my left leg off center my ley will give out and possible break again

So no body weight exercises or anything? Did a doc say anything about rehab and getting your strength back?

Not possible at this point
I first broke it when I was still growing and that weakened the growth of the entire leg as it seems
Later I re injured that same leg and the ligaments in my ankle
My main worry is my ankle so anything that involves putting extra strain on it
I literally only can't do lunges, squats and deadlifts. Those are the three main concern exercises

BSN Syntha6 strawberry milkshake flavor is my favorite right now. Used Optimum Nutrition whey for years but needed a change. If your lucky you can buy two 3lb tubs for under $35. They go on sale once in while at vitaminshoppe/world
