Is this down for anyone else? I get a connection error through the app, when I try to go to the website it doesn't load.
Anyone?

Apart from this outage, I am pretty disappointed with the Overall system's efficiency and easy of use. It seems so 2007ish with respect to UI and performance. I hope they are listening and making updates soon. Also an apple watch app was something that I had suggested while talking to the Mazda corporate which they said are in planning phase as of now. When I complained about the MMS being sucky, they said it's normal for it to take this long and they will pass along the recommendation to improve it in the future. Wonder what the design engineers were thinking while designing this. This technology has been in the market for so long now most manufacturers should've mastered it more or less.

I complained about the UI also in a review request I received from Mazda. There is no sense in logging in every time I want to use this app. Then also using a pin to execute any requests. The whole process to start the car can take three minutes. My friend and neighbor has a Chevy Volt. He simply pulls up the app and hits start. Done. Also, he can locate the car on a map, not just a silly arrow saying it is over in that direction somewhere, maybe a block away or maybe ten miles away.

FYI For all of those affected and have purchased MMS by August 31st are getting an additional year free for the inconvience of the system being down. Those affected will be getting emails from Mazda.

Wonder when their next update is coming through to fix the UI annoyances and performance issues. It's been out for a while and there should be an update.

An app for SmartWatches would be convenient too before the winter hits.

I bought a 6 GT last week and was told that the Mazda Mobile add was nearly $500 and then nearly another $500 for dealer installation. I was like, what the heck, that is ridiculous. $1,042.00 quote. Now, I haven't seen that anywhere else. I thought $500 was way out of line. It sounds like maybe you can do the install yourself and avoid the dealer.

MMS is an APP that runs off smart phones. We have a new CX3 and still have problems with this. Sounds like it could just be our unit (company in Texas makes these, installed at a dealership, annual fee after the first year).
Just sent off an email to our Mazda Dealer demanding that this unit be completely replaced because of problems with it not working, failing with a month after the "fix" it (fix being disconnect the battery, etc.)
It's winter here and we do not have this feature working. Wondering how many other have this problem?
Also, this is pretty full feature (turn on a/c, heater, etc.) and can be used from anywhere, but it takes a minute or so to actually go into effect on the car.
