Aftermarket Wheels on Stock Suspension

I'm interested in seeing some 6's with aftermarket wheels that have not lowered their car. Normally I would do both lowering and wheels but I'm getting older and less interested in changing out the suspension. I worry that getting wheels with a little more offset will look strange with the remaining wheel gap.

I saw a few through the wheels thread but seems most cars were lowered with wheels (for obvious reasons).

If you stay with a 8.5 wide with 35ish offset, you should be fine. Any wider, I agree that it will look funny bc it will poke.

Even if it was flush, and not being lowered, it would still look funky.

I'm on stock suspension and personally think my setup fits the car perfectly. No poking, no rash, no camber, and perfectly flush.

I'm on 20x8.5 ET+35 with 255/35/R20:

Your rear looks lower than mine. Weird. Maybe something changed height wise from 14 to 18.

Those are the wheels I like though. I had them on my 16 6 iGT but that car was lowered on Tanabes.

Should note that, at the time of the photo, the car had about 125k (mostly highway) miles on it - so it's possible things have settled a little.
