Hi, I finally got the full list of things my dealer would do for the 5000-miles recommended maintenance:

-Mazda Full Circle Service Inspection
-Change Engine Oil and Filter
-Rotate Tires and Set Pressure
-Check and Top off all Fluids
$49.95

Based on the discussions so far, I believe people are saying:

1. the Mazda manual actually suggests to do these at 7500 miles
2. the price ($49.95) is reasonable for these services

Did I miss anything? Thanks again, y'all!

I guess the price is reasonable...right?
i'd say it was fair, pretty much the same thing my dealership would do minus a few things like car wash, battery test, etc..

Just change the oil at 5k. $50 every 5k at a dealer for stuff you can eyeball check is a waste of money.

Check the manual again. You'll see that there are 2 schedules: 1 for 7,500 mile intervals and one for 5,000 mile intervals. If you read the list of reasons to do one or the other, 99% of "normal" driving will qualify for the 5,000 mile intervals. Be sure to follow that one unless you only do occassionalhighway traveling.

Otherwise, the price sounds good.
