Weird electrical issues - 2012 Mazda 6 2.5L

I have this weird issue where the car will start intermittently. Sometimes it will start in Park, sometimes it will start in Neutral, so naturally I replaced the neutral safety switch on the transmission - did not fix. Battery is less than a year old, and load tests good. Alternator is charging when running.

Couple other weird things...
1) Traction control is always off when it does start
2) Vanity lights do not work
3) Auto windows work but the "auto down" feature does not (when you push the button to second position)
4) Car runs perfect when it's started

One final note - I had a similar issue a couple years ago and it turned out to be the visor! The little door for the mirror broke and a metal spring was shorting within it reeking havoc on the electrical system. So this was the first thing I checked, disconnecting both - did not fix this time.

Car has about 140k miles, original owners and no modification other than wheels/tires.

PLEASE HELP!
