Crank no start

Crossing posting for visibility and because it covers electrical and drivetrain

I'm not getting any spark. Let me give you back story
I put a 2009 ford fusion engine in my 2008 mazda 6i. I finally got it to start. Well I forgot to bolt down 2 power leads on the fuse box and while test driving it my car and the electric cut out. When I got it to start again it fired stuttered and died. It did this multiple times until it just only cranked. I swapped out the cam shaft sensor with the original, the ckp with a new one and I got no change. I checked the fuses and they looked fine. If I can be given the fuses to focus on that would be great. Right now my maf is drying from cleaning it cuz I don't know where to go with it.
Please help
