Need Bluetooth Help

I just purchased a 2009 Mazda6 S GT with Bose and Navi. I am having issues deleting the prior owner's voice recognition and phone book. I deleted all paired devices, deleted all incoming and outgoing call history and deleted the phone book .I pulled the 30 amp fuse for the radio from under the hood and disconnected both battery terminals for 1 hour. I then replaced the fuse and reconnected the battery but it still retained the prior owners actual voice and phone book. Once I had completed voice training, paired my device, downloaded my phone book, attempted to call "home" and I heard the prior owner's voice and it said "home" and showed what I can only assume is the prior owner's home tel #. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
