If you have as much love for your 6 as most of us you know that in your center consul there are several gauges and settings that NEVER do anything. It has been discussed that it is used in the Euro spec mazda6.

Has anyone put into though how they might get these gauges to fuction. I figure that these are already installed in our cars might as well make use of them. If no one has an idea, I might contact a few companies and see what I can get figured out.

PS not sure, but I would assume it is the same for the I4 as the V6..... does the speed6 have gauges and such that aren't used?

Gauges? No...if you mean buttons like the "media" one (I think that's it), then yes.

The media button can be used. You just need to attach something to it. (i.e. xm direct kit)

He's most likely talking about the MPG gauge, etc. on the LCD screen. And no, you can't get it to work on NA spec cars.
