Hi guys,
Just wondering if this work; because i dont wanna drills the ballasts onto the chasiss, is it possible to mount the ballast underneath the headlight then run a wire connect the ballast to the chassis to ground it. btw, i got the new GT hid kit so the ballast is in metal housing with the mounting holes

Don't know about the GT kit but people have mounted the ballasts of other kits under the headlights...
Also, can't you just connect the ground to the stock grounding wire thing?

Yes you can; I have done that. Matter of fact that's the most recommended place IMHO. If you ever have to take the headlight out, you won't have to unhook a bunch of crap.

Or you can get Hardcore like I did and drilled holes into the chassis I wish I took pics of my install it's Bad Ass I have one where my air box resonator was and one of to the side of the windshield wiper resevoir

whats so hardcore drilled holes on the chassis??? i bolted mine onto the chassis today, but will the ballast get wet?
