Well my new inverter just came in today, installed it and everything was fine. Both the halos were working and at the same brightness. Had a baseball game, and I drove back home and I wanted to check them out. I look at them and my driver side halos are much brighter than before, and my passenger side halos are much dimmer than before almost unnoticeable. I'm thinking this could be a voltage problem, that or the element in the passenger side halos are shot. What would make the voltage to the passenger side drop, a connection problem? Anyone else have this problems? Let me know what you guys suggest.

My guess would be either your circuit has a dry joint or broken joint, or the ballast is stuffed up for some unknown reason hence the lower than normal voltage supply to the halo bulbs. Are the two halo bulbs the same brightness on the same cluster?

Yeah, no matter what brightness they are they are both shinning at the same level.

More trouble, reconnected everything on the passenger side, and no luck. Tomorrow I'm going to swap the inverters (again, last time it was the driver side inverter) to see if the passenger side inverter is faulty.
