GUARRENTEE:
The customer will get a 2 years' full guarantee.
a.The best way: The guarrentee/aftersale service will be carried out locally of cause. So it is very important for us to find agents locally.
b. Or we can send the new one directly to the customer in case of malfunction. That'll be OK for us because our product has been strictly tested. The probability of malfunction is low enough, it gives us the confidence to do so. We started the LED tail for VOLKSWAGEN JETTA\ GOLF more than 8 months ago, and there has been more than 200 customers, but there is no product need repair until now. Also this gives us confidence.
c. Finally, LED is a long life product itself.

Yeah, I agree with the sentiment that certain questions need to be fully answered. Full disclosure or bust. This mod is not going to be a cheap one, that's for sure.

ZOOMZOOMFAN,

The price will be reasonable, acceptable, I think.
Yes, zoomzoomfan, it seems that you and I have had the same experience on the issue, the same struggle, same lessons. because I am not a salesman, but an engineer. The cutting, connecting, testing, almost everything is accomplished by my hand ever since the first begining !! You know it took me a very very long time, and I cudgelled my brains for it to get a satisfactory result.

I understand ppl are worrying about warranty and everyone deserves so when putting out money no matter big or small. I think car-led.com will have to answer this question satisfactory.

Having said that, no warranty can be warranted until we, customers, can experience it in our day to day usage. So this is a catch 22 situations. But having accessed to the product and installed it in my car, I can say the workmanship is top notched and comparable to most products out there in the market. The relability question I hope I can give you the answer in few months time after prolong usage

With the price which I got quoted from car-led.com isn't outrageuously high, so that is why I decided to make a jump for this product even if paying although no one has experienced yet, but at the end I am more than happy to try it out without paying it first.

Just the update on the other LED board that I am suppose to put in, due to limit of time lately, I hope to complete that in the next couple of days if I can find some times

OK. Finally managed to get all the brake/park lights wired up. Very happy with the result and next would be the turn signal..... but I think I would like to take a break from this mod first

Here are some photos just to show for all the LED lights up and one close up as well. Hope this will convince some of you guys to take the plunge for this mod.
