well i'll be ordering the cut & shut diy kit... cos i already have black tails and am happy to slice them... fingers crossed this is going to be worth the effort...

OH...I forgotten about this thread altogether.

Kev, how is your order with car-led? I got your PM a while back after a bit of offline time on my part, so didn't reply since the PM was quite old then.

I had my tail-lights working faultlessly all this time since I had it on sometime last year, I am really happy with this mod. Hopefully the revised version would be even better.

Good news: I have updated the boards to SUPERFLUX led months ago, but some dead leds will appear shortly after install at the beginning about 4 months ago. Now, ALL THE PROBLEMS have been solved, the SUPERFLUX led performed perfect, steady, giving better viewing angle and brightness.
And the exact size inner boards have been made.
