This is my first post but I have been reading hundreds of others and I'd like to thank many of you for you step by step instrctions on various things, i.e. installing lighted door sills and changing the in cabin filter. But now I need your help again. I want to install some simple one bulb lights into my trunk lid and have them turn on when my trunk light turns on, basically when I open the trunk. I took off the fabric and found the wires that lead to the light, but when I connected the pos. and neg. I got the opposite effect. The leds turned off with the trunk open and on with the truck closed. I also noticed that there is also a blue wire that runs with the pos. and neg. ones. Any help would be appreciated.

Red lighted door sills, clear side markers, Injen CAI with fix, clear tail lights, black gloss painted calipers with mazda6 logo, red neon under dash and front seats for passengers, bumper reflector mod, self installed spoiler,side mirrors/turn signal,Red CCFL in trunk, 6000k Apexcone HIDs.

Trunk lamp wiring looks like this:

Battery --L/R--> Lamp --BR--> Switch --B--> Ground
