Just a little bit ago I was tapping into the wires for the lights that are used to light up the "P R N D and M" by the shifter to add some more LEDs. The two hot wires accidentally crossed and then the console lights went out. The LCD is still lit but now I noticed when I turn the headlights on, the green light showing that the headlights are on doesn't light up, and when I press the dimmer button for the tach display, it's as if the headlights aren't on (4 different dim settings) but they are on... Checked all my fuses and to my surprise the IGN fuse was blown, so I replaced it but still the center console lights, ashtray light, and glove box light don't light up. Door lights work and the dome lights work.

Has anyone had this problem?

did you check both locations for fuses blown?

if nothing is wrong there, you might replace one of the bulbs just to see if they are blown.
