I was reading through the install "how to" (which seems to be lacking in a few parts, although it is a seemingly helpful write up). Just to clarify, to all the cords comming from the balast eventually pass back through the rubber seal? So the postive, negative, ant the two that are build into it? Thanks.

Philippians 1:21 (Bible)

"For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain."

Translation: Christians live for Christ and go to be with Him when we die. Its a win WIN situation....

03 6s. Performance White, AEM Intake, tint, Red CP-e mount, tranny cooler/inline filter, ADR SZ1s, 6000k Xtec, parking/licence plate/map/courtesy light LED, Mp3 conversion kit, deguarded/baged, and magnaflow....

Yes, the positive and negative wires that power the ballast do pass back inside the headlamp assembly so that they can be connected to the stock wiring that used to power your halogen bulb.
