BUt my question is this.....If you take it into the dealer and you have this done. If they look at the ECU then ur still fucked becuase you have tapped something into the wiring..

The dealer won't be crawling under to look at the ECU unless there is a real reason to do so. If that is the case, you'd probably want to go totally back to stock.
This is meant moreso for taking your car in for other reasons and you don't want grief from your dealer.

makes no sense lol if the dealer doesnt need to look at the ecu directly then they would never know the mafci was their and if they did need to look and see the bypass they would give u crap anyway so whats the point.

How long does shipping take? I'm having Josh/Lou install the mafci kit on my donor 2006 6i next friday, and it'd be sweet if I could get them to use it.

I'm getting one anyways, just hope it gets here fast.
