Thumbs up

Im trying to replace my low/high beam bulbs on my '03 6s. Ive taken out the top two bolts on each headlamp, but it still wont move at all. Im really hoping that the bumper cover doesnt have to be removed to get them out Anyone here help me with this? I cant visibly see any other bolts from the top except the two on the radiator support...

Thanks

You don't need to remove the headlight to remove the bulbs. Though, if you insist, then yes the bumper has to come off.

Hahahahah dude all you hafta do is take out your airbox and then you'll be able to get to both high and low beam bulbs on each side. Its beyond me why your taking off your whole headlights assembly.

Guess there's a reason why I don't visit/post here much...

Thanks to Mazda_Gremlyn for answering my question though.

Like im not trying to be a smart guy but its common sense. You would have to be a complete moron to not understand that. Im 6'4 ive got huge hands and I can fit my hand in there so unless you have some sort of deformity then it can easily be done.

I think Hockyguy is simply trying to say thsat occam's razor applies to this situation, though rather brashly to be honest.

The low beam bulbs are the outer ones right? Well the drivers side there is barely enough room to get in there, and the passenger side has a wiring harness in the way that does NOT move so I cant even see the cap that covers the bulb. There is NO way to get it out unless I take the assembly out. My car has never been wrecked, so everything is the way it came from Mazda...

Silverstars should last a long time, what wiring harness are you talking about being in the way? Are you sure the harness doesn't have a pop-snap thats holding it down?
