Hey guys, i was thinking of buying some neons and a controller for my car. I was going to put them under the glove conpartment and then one near the gas/brake pedals. Where do u think i can get this stuff? And how do i wire it so that u cant see the bulb it self just the lights and make it sync to the bass of my music? And those ebay neon controllers, are those good and easy to hide? What about the wiring? Thx

dunno where you're located, but down here in Oz all our auto stores have a 'rice' section, and they've got a selection of neons/exhaust tips etc- you should be able to source a twin set of dance lights or ask for neons that 'beat to the music' for around $10-$15 US that are around 10 cm long each that come with their own neon controller..

i did exactly what youre planning to do, 2 blue dance lights under the footwells

what i did with mine was just mount them so the neon itself wasnt visible, but you can see the illumination in the dark (just mount it further under the footwell)

generally it should have the 12v cigarette lighter socket, with wires going directly into the neon controller, from there the neons are hooked up and you can adjust the sensitivity from that

there is a wiring route directly behind the centre console, its a tight fit, but it is do-able so you are able to hide the wires pretty well
