After geting my car back from the body shop where they had to replace the bumper and the radiator suport (evil stock tires+ rain = bad). The temp prob work fine if the car was cold but if you drive it after leting it run the temp sensor would read 127F when its 40F outside so i assume the prob was misplaced. From what I read it was surposed to be on the diagonal of the radiator suport, I see hole but nothing there. Or is it the box thing or am I just looking in the complete wrong spot. Also does anyone have a picture of what it does look like so I know what to look for?

Hey, that hole on the diagonal support is where mine is and it looks like that wire right at the bottom of the pic there might be attached to the temp sensor. Unless that wire is for the headlights or something, the sensor has the same wire loop on it so it looks the same.

Well the fact that its reading 127 means that its either against the radiator somewhere, or just inside the engine bay.

either way, better get it out of there before it melts
