Good move. If you must be blue, don't go over 8k. Total waste of money IMO.

And yes, with all the recent reported HID issues, I wouldn't go with anyone other than one of our sponsors that offers a lifetime warranty. They'll take care of you.

i had 12000K on my 6 not long time ago. i really loved them!

contrarily to what people say, 12000K is bright. It is true that it is not as bright as 4500K -6500K, but they are considarably brigther than halogene.

Recently, i just switch to 8300K for my low beam and 6500K for my FOG.

It is true that these 2 are brigther than 12000K, but still 12000K wasnt that bad.

The kits that i have are MECCATUNE. I bought them from my friend who sells on ebay and other forums. Go to www.hid-montreal.com to visit his page. I think it is still under construction and some links are not functionnal yet.

My other friend bought a 14000K(which i doubt) TECHONE from the same vendor for his Integra 93, they are really bright! Street panels are very clear. Even if it is written 14000K on the box, I think it was a 8000K, because it is whiter than his cousin who has 10000K which is kinda like ocean blue.

Both of them have never had problem with these Techone kits and its been more than 2 years now. But they have a 1 full year warranty on manufacture defect.

I am sure that Techone HID are not the best on the market. I would suggest to avoid Chinese and Taiwanese kits and turn to either Japanese or Geman kits. Still they are so expensive.

The best quality for the price are KOREAN hid kits such as MECCATUNE. They come with 2 full year warranty. By the way, on the webpage it says 349.95USD, but you can get it for cheaper than that.

Mazda 6 S 2004
Current Mods: AEM CAI, Silver Painted Calipers, 35% Windows Tint, Rotora Front & Rear Brake Pad, Starter, Low beam Meccatune 8300K, Fog Meccatune 6500K, Tanabe Strut Tower Bar, Grounded Chassis, HC3 Hurricane Voltage Stabilizer, Slotted F&R EBC Rotors, Chrome Clear Tailight, Side Skirt, Custom leather seat, Angel Eyes, Retrofit Bosch Projector, B-Quiet, Luminated Door sills, 18" Motegi DP12 hyperblack

Future (spring 07): Front Sport bumper, Mazdaspeed Springs (not installed), Koni Yellow shocks, engine mount.
