OK i deleted my oringal post since what i had posted has been answerd now my question is ..i have decided to go with 10000K HID's.......These are still going to be brighter then my OEM lights. plus give me that VERY unique look compared to all teh cars around here (I live in an area wher eit's nothing but luxury cars so it's common to see HID's so I want to stand out with a look too)....I am under the impression that the 10000K bulb is still brighter then OEM so I am not risking anything.......

Now Where can I find a 10000K KIT for my 6? I already know XenonExpert most likely won't get me any Xtecs. I'm sure Xtec makes them so just curious if anyone had any other good HID sites that would ovver the 10000K kitalso what exactly is the HIGHEST that these go? i've even seen 12000 on ebay..ut havn't seen these on any online stores anywhere..

*EDIT* Nevermind i found some 12000's at http://www.xenonking.com/12000.htm
H1's for the bulb correct? no i just need to hurry up and get my laptop to sell on ebay (1 day left) so I can order them.....if anyon is interested http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

Thats the link lol...I don't think i'm getting bids because i don't have a sell rating at all...which sucks because the reserv is only 650 which is a hell of a deal..

Just to stick out.....something unique..specially around here. and granted I know the brightness is depleted the higher you go...but it should still be brighter then my OEM lights so I will get brighter plus a very unique look......just to be different i guess....i dunno.,....i'm stupid maybe.

If you stick out too much you may start having trouble with the cops. Remember that HID conversion kits are not DOT approved (illegal). The price of the kit plus the price of any fines may not be worth the investment. Advice - go 6000K TOPS!

Wow, didn't know they weren't DOT approved. That sucks, I just bought a 12,000K McCulloch Kit! Im pretty sure thats the highest they make, I just wanted something pretty much noone has on the road. Maybe I will sell them and get something less. I just put my car in storage for the winter and won't be able to do anything to it until Spring.

I have a Prolumen 5k kit. Absolutely no issues with them yet. Very bright white/bue light. I <3 them.
