No and no. However, if there ever was a problem with your headlights or electrically related problems with the lighting system then you could be denied coverage if the dealer could prove the HIDs were at fault. Similarily if there was a problem with your ignition system or related problems you could be denied coverage if the remote car starter was found to be at fault.

Ok but do they have to prove it? cause I went to a dealer with a head light problem and that was before i used HID, I did have my started put in a month after getting the car. I brought it my 6 to a body shop, asking them to install HIDs for me, they checked out my lights and showed me that the head light wire s melted, told me to bring it to dealer to have them warranty it...... So I went to the Markham Mazda, the f0cking mechanics saw me holding a aftermarket remote and already said "your after market thing must have caused the problem". That fag didn't even know what the thing was........ I ended up having to pay 150 bucks to have light fixed and get my car back. When he first said to me, i caused the problem, i almost flipped, he said no one use remote starter here, maybe only people in north pole!! I told the so called service "manager" I would take my car elsewhere to have it fixed, he said "you can't take the car with you, as we had spent a lot of time diagnosing what problem!!" I said problem was obviously wire's melted, but thy mechanics did not see/ know that.... til an hour later.....telling me I had to pay labor even if I took the car unfixed!!
