what do i have to do to get a bulb replaced that burned out? I've had the bulbs about 2 months and one of the low beams burned out last night.

email or call him. there is no problem replacing them. BUt didnt you buy them from another member? if so i wouldnt tell him because technically the warrenty only goes to the original buyer

Yikes, if you did buy from another member there might be a prob. I think he requires the original receipt and transaction number, etc.

Yup, he bought them from me. I have contacted Luminics (because I bought them direct from Luminics) and have asked if I can get a transaction number, or some reference for the purchase. Unfortunately, I think I threw out the original receipt, and all I have is my credit card number and statement showing the purchase date. Hopefully Luminics gets back to me so we can trace back to the purchase.

so one of mine burned out after like about two months as well.....cullen sent me an RMA number and I put the burn one in the original package and put the RMA number on the package..sent on 5-27-------no one gets back to me after about two weeks---so i emailed cullen saying I sent my bulbs excatly how you wanted me to with RMA and told him I enjoyed his products and when will i be receiving replacements---he wrote back that he only recieved one with no name on it or address ---he ask how I sent them--(i of course had everything that was needed on the package)-i told him i sent them exaclty how you told me too in the emial you sent---and so i gave him my address and numbers again and told him what the package looked like and he emailed me back and said---that he got and it ships today(this was yesterday)---SOOOO---i went brought silverstars when they burned out to try them out----i think i miss the color of the lumincs much more HID looking then silverstars...but oh well---i might just keep them in intill they burn out--and then put my new pair of luminics in---but that is my story with streetunit--

Oh i see........yeah cullen got back to me yesterday and said that he found it and shipped new ones out as of yesterday.....so i should see them in a few days----

i guess i should put my stock lows back in for now since it seems this may take a while shipping back and forth............what a shame.........they look sooooo damn good!
