Hey..... nice going with HID... Ok first of all the higher K you go, the lesser output you will get.... BUT you will still get more output than halogen bulbs... then again, watch out for cops, as the OEM xenon lights nowadays has purple flicker/output instead of blue...
And 1 think i noticed is that, the philips 6000K HID kit, does not produce that much glare as opposed to the 4300K/5300K McCulloch HID kit... prob it's not bright enough or something.. i m not sure about the 4300K philips HID kit.... but seriously, you will not see any glare by yourself... it's the oncoming cars that will see those glare....
About the fuse...probably you have to email the guy who sells the HID kit... ask him how big the fuse should you use for the harness...
