do you want brite or white lights there is a difference . the 4100k has more lumens than other hid wich makes it brighter than the others but the color is not really white , compared to 6000k where the light output looks really white with bluish hue but not as brite as the 4100k ,

ive heard 4100k is just a little better in color than stock lighting it will still have that yellowish hue . but it has alot more lumens than stock wich makes it brighter

you should have bought 5100k or 6000k for the closest to pure white .

if you have MAtrix 5 leds the 6000k is about the same color .

http://xenonfactory.com/resources/customers/4100k.htm

when i looked at the pictures from xenonfactory, it seems to be very bright. thats why i bought it, but after i installed the kit, it is not quite similar, what i want is a hid that can light up the road very clearly. but its not the real case, and now i feel like stupid buying the polarion. anyway, can i change something else to make the light brighter, maybe a foglight? if so, where can i get that?

I think the 4100K is the brightest HID kit avaliable, I have 4300K, seems pretty bright to me...
If you want more light output, why dont you get another pair for the fog?
I was considering get the HID for the fog, but my 4300K matchs perfectly with my 4 leds parking light, so....

all you have to do is just tell the customers that eveything is fine and whatever the problem is, it is suppose to be like that. (Does not apply to those hard workers who really care about their customers' cars)
