I had the same foglights from the same peoples,I still waiting for a refund from them.
Ehmm, so when did you ask for the refund? I m guessing you have the non-sport bumper as well? are you in US or Canada?

don't buy from those jackasses. Geesh. Stick to REAL OEM stuff.

Buy from TRUSTED websites and sellers.
Hmm, yeah i want to. The thing is, i really need to have a DRL (i m in canada), and i really love that switch that is included (instead of the signal stalk from the OEM foglight).

Ehmm, i got it from ebay and i dont know the part number... the switch is OEM alright.. it fits the middle switch location near our steering wheel.
Ehm, that switch is NOT OEM. Nothing about that kit these clowns are selling on Ebay is OEM. It pisses me off that they advertise it that way. I was just about to pull the trigger on one until I read on this club that they don't fit. If they don't fit the non-sport or the sport, apparently they fit nothing, and they're a complete ripoff. They may say it is OEM, but rest assured, it is not. You won't find a Mazda part number on that switch because they did not make it. I don't know how you add lower fogs to the Canadian 6, but I agree with Hoosteen, stick to the good stuff, and do some research to figure out how this can be done with the Canadian model. Someone here has to be able to help you out.

I think the positive wire is orange, but don't quote me. I remember thinking it was pretty obvious which one was positive and which one was ground. And yes, it should only power up on startup. At least on the US 6, the cig lighters are not on when the car is off.

I bought my kit after MZ posted his how-to and I saw this same deal on ebay. I shyed away b/c I knew at $99 this couldn't possibly be the OEM kit. All the mazda websites were $40+ higher than that and once I saw that "switch" I knew it was a scam. I doesn't even come with the new control stock that the OEM Mazda kit includes that the first clue. I have a 3s too so I guess I had seen how the OEM fog swtich worked, via the stalk. Sorry for the bad luck man, I bought some "mazdaspeed" pedals on ebay that were fake too. I just put them back on eBay but Labled over and over that they were FAKE and linked to the auction that I bought them so people knew how much that seller sucked. Oddly enough being honest allowed me to sell them for a $3 loss, however you're kit is much more expensinve than my little $10 pedals.
