Getting ready to buy HID's, looking at the 2 group buys(McCulloch and Prolumen). Anybody with experience of either of these please give me your opinion. It would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a McCulloch 6000K kit from www.xenonking.com. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because it is a great quality product and the customer service is great.

Get the McCulloch, or be the guinea pig with the other brand

Ok, looks like I'll go with the others suggestions and go with the McCulloch's. Now, the decision between the 5300k's and the 6000k's. Right now I'm leaning towards the 6000k's, as long as they don't attract Johnny Law. Is it that big a difference between the 2?

I was having the same problem, until i got a friend of mine to show me how the 6000's looked, i was afraid they would be too blue, but look here and see for yourself, this picture made my mind up instantly about getting the 6000's

i have the 6000k and they are less blue than i originally thought , im happy i got them . if you have any 194 matrix bulbs on your car they are pretty close to matching . here is a side shot of my headlight as a front shot causes to much glare, you can see a little hint of blue on the clear lens , that basicly what you get

describing hid colors is kinda hard explain , my 600ok look light bluish to purplish , if you want to stay semi legal tho i wouldnt go past 6000k , its very noticable when driving along side other cars with stock lights . like i said in the s=last post if you have any white matrix 194 bulbs it looks very similar in color
heres another shot from the front you can see the camera pics up purple from glare , its really not noticable to the naked eye tho , you can see the whte 6led bulb there too notice they are about the same color if you have white 4 led bulbs in the parking light it wont match the 4 led looks mor blue compared to the 6 led
